Since 2018, our laughter experts have worked with hundreds of organizations and helped nearly 13,000 participants live healthier, happier and more motivated lives.

Welcome to Laughter Yoga Richmond where our mission is to create healthier and happier lives in our community through laughter. We maintain the standards set forth through Laughter Yoga International by Dr. Madan Kataria, the founder and creator of Laughter Yoga and Laughter Yoga University. As the Laughter Yoga resource for the Richmond Tri-cities area we provide wellness and team building programs, free social laughter clubs, and educational opportunities throughout the city where participants can meet others who want to laugh, exercise, have fun, and relieve stress. We also use our social media feeds to announce: laughter meditation classes, Bollywood laughter yoga dance, certified laughter yoga leader and teacher trainings, laughter flash mobs and other special events sponsored by area laughter yoga professionals.
